1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Replenish mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Crowdsourced Data & User Content

Replenish relies on community data to power features such as the Global Price Engine and Supermarket Aisle mapping.

• Data Submission: When you submit prices, verify receipts, or create store layouts, you grant Replenish a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display this data within the App and related services.
• Accuracy: You agree not to intentionally submit false, misleading, abusive, or malicious data. We reserve the right to restrict or ban users who attempt to manipulate or damage the community database.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

Replenish may offer in-app purchases, including Premium features and optional developer support contributions.

• Processing: All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never receive or store your payment information.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their store policies.
• Premium Features: Premium status may include benefits such as ad removal or increased AI feature limits. We may modify Premium features over time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse or misuse the App. This includes attempting to reverse engineer the application, extract API keys, bypass usage limits, automate requests, or interfere with the functionality of the service.

Abuse of backend systems, including excessive AI requests or automated scraping, may result in permanent suspension of access.

7. AI & Data Disclaimers

Certain features of the App use artificial intelligence or crowdsourced data.

• AI Output: AI-generated results such as ingredient extraction or category suggestions may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. Users should always verify generated lists before relying on them.
• Price Estimates: Price information displayed in the App is based on community submissions and estimates. Actual prices at supermarkets may differ.

8. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or its features at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if a user violates these Terms or abuses the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Replenish, Emort, and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
